Shipping Policy

All online sales include free FedEx Ground shipping within the Contiguous United States. Expedited and International shipping services are available either by pre-pay and add to invoice or customers can provide an account number to ship against. International shipments are subject to duties and taxes and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

To ensure prompt handling, all returns must be authorized. Please call 833-9RF-TEST (833-973-8378) for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Equipment ordered incorrectly may be subject to a 20% restock charge. Some special-order items may be non-returnable. Items returned to us must be sent freight pre-paid and insured. Please mark the RMA number on the packing label so that we can properly note the return in your account.

New equipment returned for credit must be in unused condition, with all original packing material and accessories. New equipment being returned under warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer if more than 30 days have passed since the equipment was originally shipped to you.

Used equipment returns will be evaluated to determine if repair or exchange is covered under warranty. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to a repair charge. Warranty period is stipulated in our written quotation and/or your Purchase Order. At our discretion we will repair, replace, or credit the price paid for the unit. Non-Defective used equipment will typically have a 5-business day Right of Return. Please contact your Account Manager for more details.

Rental equipment should be returned in its original packaging in order to avoid shipping damage. You will be responsible for shipping damage due to inadequate packaging. Replacement cost will be charged for any accessory not returned with the equipment. Labor incurred to repair units damaged dur to customer negligence will be billed at the current laboratory billing rate of $125 per hour.

Refund Policy

Pre-owned equipment sales include a 5-business day Right of Return. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the unit(s) can be returned for a full refund or credit. Please contact your sales representative to obtain an RMA number prior to return.

Cancellation Policy

All pre-owned equipment orders can be canceled or amended prior to shipping. After shipment has been processed, equipment ordered incorrectly may be subject to a 20% restock charge and some new equipment or special-order items may be non-returnable.
